The hydraulic brick machine is also known as the static pressure brick machine. The brick machine equipment uses hydraulic pressure as the forming pressure. The electric control system adopts the PLC programmable program selected at home and abroad to realize the integration of mechanical, electrical and hydraulic. The brick machine is formed by pushing the plate, distributing the cloth and pressing. Hydraulic extrusion products and other processes, fast molding, low power consumption, uniform product structure, high strength, low pollution, low noise and other energy-saving effects. Equipped with man-machine interface system, with automatic fault diagnosis, remote monitoring, production monitoring and other full-automatic operation procedures. This product is mainly used to produce cement products such as antique brick, green tile, green brick, lime sand brick, clay brick, slag brick and cement products with brick height less than 3cm.
